Drive business growth by rolling out HQ promotional activities and leading store design projects. Ensure boutiques meet Maison standards on time and budget while analyzing market trends to strengthen the brand image in Japan.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead boutique openings from initial Capex to final handover
  • Direct design validation, local architects, and contractors
  • Oversee boutique maintenance and define regional upgrades
  • Adapt and rollout HQ marketing event formats for Japan
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities for strategy
  • Negotiate with external suppliers and track project budgets

Requirements

  • Work closely with subject matter experts (both internal and external) to deliver practical designs - reviewing operational, commercial and accessibility requirements, within budget
  • Review of basic creative design drawings, including plans, elevations, and on shelf displays.
  • Present design concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders
  • Support in translating the creative intent into communication, merchandising, layout and design development briefs
  • Managing the design and development of on-shelf display aids directly with our external agencies
  • Brief and liaise with internal visualiser to achieve wider sign off for bespoke / new store concepts
  • Support prototype build reviews & attend site review, supplier meetings and design reviews where appropriate
  • Work within critical paths and costs in line with project plans and support creation of PINS reports
  • Assist in reviewing stores and trials post launch to capture learnings and feedback
