We’re excited to have several opportunities for Marketing Specialists in the newly formed Everyday Banking team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the role will be working within a fast-paced collaborative environment, where marketing plays a critical role in meeting commercial objectives and delivers meaningful financial solutions for our members and customers. Our teams are responsible for marketing activity throughout the full funnel, from product launch and acquisition to engagement, cross sell and retention. This role is extremely varied and we’re looking for someone with strong marketing foundations, a test-and-learn mindset and the confidence to challenge the norm and bring a wealth of expertise, passion and energy to this exciting new team. The team delivers integrated marketing and performance driven acquisition campaigns while building brand loyalty and driving cross‑-‑sell and upsell activity. They manage regulatory customer communications and work closely with stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are compliant, well designed and timely. Their work is underpinned by strong analysis and detailed decision-making‑ to maximise campaign success. With a focus on change and building excellence, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and drive, the team is committed to continuous improvement and growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be key to successful comms, so you will be working closely with our product, digital, design and print teams as well as our Legal and Compliance departments. Job Responsibility:
Working within a fast-paced collaborative environment to meet commercial objectives and deliver meaningful financial solutions

Requirements:
Strong marketing experience within a fast-paced environment
Proficient at producing effective marketing materials which are of high quality and meet the brief and deadlines set
Highly organised and with the ability to question and have great attention to detail
Good communication skills with the ability to engage, listen and act in response to your colleagues and stakeholders
Nice to have:
Financial Services or regulated experience
Personal Current Account marketing experience
