The XTRATUF Marketing Specialist will work with the Marketing Manager and cover all aspects of traditional and digital marketing. This role will help support brand growth across core and adjacent brand segments. From content creation to product marketing, the Marketing Specialist will have their hands in a variety of projects. Working closely with multiple teams and partners, this role will have you fully immersed in all things XTRATUF.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate from cross functional teams to help maintain a unified marketing effort between Marketing, Sales, Ecom, and agency partners
Own day-to-day oversight of brand social channels and calendar, monitor campaign goals, and engage with the community
Participate in and run tradeshows and pop-up events
Partner with the Sales team to execute wholesale level activations and ensure account success
Manage incoming creative requests and creative asset management
Requirements:
Passion and understanding of footwear/fashion industry and trends
2-3 years of experience with brand or agency marketing teams
Knowledge of social and digital media landscape and trends
Strong written and oral communication skills
Flexible self-starter able to juggle multiple projects at a time
Nice to have:
Experience with Adobe CC (photo and video editing, graphic design)
