Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical thinker to join our team and help drive the growth of our business through effective marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on campaign execution, thrives on experimentation, and is eager to discover what drives high-quality lead enquiries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified lead enquiries into the business
  • Work alongside the central digital marketing team to support and optimise PPC campaigns
  • Develop and contribute content ideas — such as articles, case studies, and social posts — to support marketing campaigns
  • Test and evaluate new marketing channels and tactics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for future activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Regional Directors, Asset Managers and Office Managers) to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Support budget management, timelines, and campaign delivery schedules
  • Use Salesforce to run reports, analyse campaign performance, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
  • Leverage data insights from Salesforce and other platforms to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or lead generation environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (particularly paid search, paid social, and email marketing)
  • Experience supporting or managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Proficient in Salesforce — able to build and run reports, interpret data, and use insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling marketing materials
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for optimisation
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
  • A self-starter who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving results
