Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team as a sole contributor. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify market trends and opportunities to support growth initiatives
Create compelling content for digital and print channels including website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Support functional teams to develop internal and external communications
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote products and services
Build and drive the development of the business unit sales and marketing
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights
Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity
Executing marketing collateral development including surveys, reports, guides and corporate material, working with external suppliers on design and production
Support the development of marketing materials for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
Grow internal communications, by introducing new inspiring and engaging communications channels and content

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B or industrial sectors
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
