Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Stake.pe. This role requires a hands-on, analytical marketer with a strong understanding of digital performance channels and audience behavior. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize customer acquisition efforts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as paid media, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming and sportsbook industry
  • Assist in the optimization of marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
  • Track and report on key acquisition metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in marketing deliverables
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the marketing function without compromising quality or effectiveness
  • Work closely with finance and procurement to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing events, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand messaging
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional attendee experiences
  • Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across all marketing activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or other high-growth digital industries
  • Proven knowledge of digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
