As a Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Stake.pe. This role requires a hands-on, analytical marketer with a strong understanding of digital performance channels and audience behavior. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize customer acquisition efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as paid media, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming and sportsbook industry
Assist in the optimization of marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
Track and report on key acquisition metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in marketing deliverables
Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the marketing function without compromising quality or effectiveness
Work closely with finance and procurement to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing events, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand messaging
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional attendee experiences
Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across all marketing activity
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or other high-growth digital industries
Proven knowledge of digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
