Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina, on a long-term contract basis. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to plan and execute innovative campaigns that drive engagement and growth. This hybrid position offers flexibility, with 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder of your work completed remotely.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external marketing agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging content and materials
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, design, and automation
  • Support the launch of new platforms by contributing to project-based tasks and marketing strategies
  • Attend weekly marketing sprint calls to align on priorities and progress
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and maintain project timelines using tools like Asana
  • Design and optimize workflows for marketing automation processes
  • Contribute to the adoption and integration of new tools, such as Canva, for creative projects
