Job Responsibility

  • Lead and execute mid-size to large-scale marketing projects from inception to completion, serving as a key individual contributor
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and programs, including budget reconciliation and social media promotion
  • Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and drive generation before, during, and after each project, collaborating with growth, content, and design teams, utilizing digital tools
  • Analyze data and develop insights to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience understanding
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve business results, overseeing content positioning and program development to boost awareness and engagement across social, on-network, and off-network media channels
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, spearheading initiatives for drive generation, customer advocacy, and identifying sponsored project opportunities
  • Innovate and develop new virtual and physical experiences in partnership with marketing and customer teams
  • Engage and guide multiple media agencies, elevating their day-to-day work and prioritizing media-related workflows
  • Foster effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns for media and social channels are high-quality, reflect the brand voice, and represent the brand effectively
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, developing points of view and standards for advertising, and aligning strategic efforts across broader marketing initiatives globally
  • Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI using predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics via a customer relationship management system or other project management system
  • Track the ROI effectiveness of each activity (e.g., drives generated, deals influenced, deals closed, cost per drive) and collaborate closely with sales teams to maximize campaign impact
  • Act as a primary client point of contact for managing large-scale, complex media planning, partnering with global media teams to scale strategies
  • Lead the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain external relationships with venues and suppliers/agencies, including registration agencies or livestream platforms, contract negotiation, spatial and audiovisual planning, activation, gifting, and speaker agents
  • Lead the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to drive media and public amplification across all marketing communications
