We are recruiting on behalf of a growing software company that serves the consumer services industry. They have built a strong customer base of nearly 1,000 businesses and are now ready to hire their first dedicated marketing professional. This is a full-ownership role. You will build and execute the marketing program with direct support from company leadership, no marketing team above you. What you will own: - Growth marketing strategy and execution across email, social, and digital channels - HubSpot: prospect and customer list segmentation, email campaign builds, and sequence management - Social media management across relevant platforms - Go-to-market strategy and execution in partnership with leadership - Content development and channel performance reporting What you bring: - 5 or more years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation or growth - Strong HubSpot proficiency: you have built sequences and segmented lists yourself - Experience managing social media channels for a business - Comfort owning a function independently in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment - Go-to-market experience: you have helped shape how a product reaches its market Compensation: Up to $120,000 depending on experience Location: Fully remote.
