Carex is partnering with a healthtech startup partner to hire a Marketing Specialist. Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the marketing calendar, managing campaigns from concept through launch, optimization, and reporting
Build and refine cold outreach campaigns, including list development, sequencing, messaging, and targeting by ideal customer profile
Develop nurture campaigns for existing prospect lists such as past conference attendees and engaged leads
Reactivate dormant opportunities through personalized re-engagement campaigns, product updates, and targeted outreach
Bring outsourced content efforts in-house and align messaging with broader campaign strategy
Maintain and improve website, blog, marketplace listings, and social media channels with high-quality, SEO/AIO-friendly content
Update and create collateral such as brochures, case studies, swag, pitch decks, testimonials, and presentations
Build landing pages, explainers, infographics, and persona-based content aligned to the buyer journey
Lead conference and event marketing strategy, logistics, promotion, and follow-up for approximately 12 industry events annually
Support outbound growth efforts by converting engagement into sales conversations
Partner with leadership to strengthen CRM and marketing automation processes for improved insights and messaging
Identify and engage target prospects through email, LinkedIn, ads, and other outreach channels
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
Healthtech experience is a must
Strong copywriting skills across websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Zoho or similar platforms
Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and ad platforms
Ability to think creatively, test ideas quickly, and execute with consistency
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with the ability to improve processes and build new ones from scratch
Curiosity to learn products, markets, and customer pain points
Pride in producing high-quality work with measurable results
