This role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns, communications, and content are executed accurately and on schedule.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate marketing launches for investment opportunities nationwide
Build, update, and maintain listings across marketing platforms
Create and distribute email campaigns and marketing communications
Manage listing status updates and ensure consistency across all channels
Support company marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, and brand communications
Promote milestones, announcements, awards, and thought leadership content
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and repurposing across digital channels
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and competing deadlines
Maintain marketing databases, records, and workflows
Support marketing efforts tied to events and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
1-2 years in professional services industry
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
