We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to optimize and manage product listings across top e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance of listings on marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Mirakl, and others. You will work closely with various teams to enhance product visibility and maintain brand consistency.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and address listing errors, feed issues, and compliance notifications on platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Mirakl
Manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, focusing on suppression resolution, accuracy, and compliance
Perform regular audits to ensure product data meets brand standards and platform requirements
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keyword fields to improve visibility and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product data feeds and enhance content structure
Stay informed about changes in marketplace policies and implement best practices for listings
Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Resolve catalog conflicts, attribute mismatches, and feed errors to ensure seamless operations
Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve product rankings
Maintain consistency in product taxonomy and structured data across all platforms
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation and compliance oversight
Hands-on experience with platforms like Rithium and Mirakl
Strong understanding of marketplace optimization techniques and quality standards
Ability to resolve feed errors and manage catalog conflicts effectively
Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates and suppression metrics
Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and feed management
Familiarity with structured product data and taxonomy systems
