We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support brand consistency and patient-focused engagement across clinics and community touchpoints in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position blends hands-on brand coordination, local marketing support, and lifecycle communications to help strengthen trust, retention, and advocacy throughout the patient experience. The role works closely with marketing, operations, clinical teams, and community partners to ensure messaging and materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
Job Responsibility
Oversee the creation, organization, and distribution of branded materials such as stationery, presentation assets, staff imagery, and promotional items used across departments and local initiatives
Maintain a centralized collection of approved brand resources, ensuring teams have access to current logos, templates, visual assets, and communication tools
Coordinate production and replenishment of clinic-level marketing collateral, including printed handouts, brochures, signage, and educational materials
Prepare and update referral and informational packets for physicians and other community stakeholders to support outreach and patient education efforts
Manage relationships with local business directories, community organizations, and chamber groups to strengthen market visibility and partnerships
Assist with submissions for regional awards, recognitions, and community-based honors that elevate provider and clinic visibility
Address offline public relations or reputation concerns with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when appropriate and helping drive timely resolution
Support patient advocacy efforts by coordinating testimonial permissions, encouraging review generation, and contributing to retention and follow-up communications
Track patient feedback and sentiment, respond or route concerns appropriately, and help close communication loops through a mix of automation and personalized outreach
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, brand support, customer communications, or a related function
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, email communications, or broader marketing activities across multiple channels
Working knowledge of digital marketing practices and the ability to contribute to engagement and retention initiatives
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and comfort working with branded visual and print materials
Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple requests and maintain consistent follow-through
Comfortable handling sensitive feedback and reputation-related situations with professionalism and sound judgment
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and community partners in a fast-paced environment
