Randstad is working with our client, a global leader in animal health company, who is searching for a Marketing Specialist to Portugal´s team, for a 1-year fixed term contract. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will help coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns, support the deployment of omnichannel customer journeys, and contribute to the measurement and optimisation of engagement activities across assigned brands and markets. Will supporting the delivery of omnichannel marketing strategies, across multiple international markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of segmented B2B marketing campaigns for veterinary professionals across selected brands and markets
  • Assist in the development and localisation of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical affairs, regulatory, commercial) to ensure campaigns are scientifically accurate, compliant, and commercially relevant
  • Coordinate with local market teams to understand regional nuances, identify barriers to adoption, and support tailored activation where appropriate
  • Support the management of campaign timelines, deliverables, and approval workflows across multiple markets simultaneously
  • Coordinate omnichannel readiness assessments across assigned markets, tracking progress and flagging gaps to the Senior Manager
  • Assist in the preparation of performance reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and market leadership teams

Requirements:

  • Marketing, Veterinary or scientific educational degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or digital marketing, within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, animal health, medical devices, or similar)
  • Experience working in a multi-market or international environment
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with or coordinating external agency partners
  • Familiarity with CRM & Marketing Platforms (CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent platforms)
