Marketing Specialist

• Develop and customize qualifications-based proposals that effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and subconsultants, to identify potential project leads and evaluate client needs
• Manage and maintain accurate data in marketing databases and tracking systems
• Create compelling marketing materials such as presentations, press releases, and event coordination plans
• Support local and corporate marketing initiatives, including trade shows and industry events
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, to design visually appealing and strategic proposal templates
• Track and analyze project leads while assessing competitive market environments
• Build and maintain relationships within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries by engaging with organizations focused on precision and detail
• Contribute to the office's business development strategies by aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals

• Proven experience in marketing and proposal writing, preferably within the A/E/C industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Adobe InDesign
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with database management and tracking systems
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing and design
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Basic understanding of qualifications-based proposal processes is preferred
