At ASSIST Software, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist based in Suceava who thrives on variety: from creating scroll-stopping social content to organizing local and international events, supporting product marketing, and turning complex tech ideas into stories that engage audiences and generate leads. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, HR, design, and engineers to turn ideas into campaigns, product launches, and engaging experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, create, and make a visible impact, from hands-on event execution to strategic product marketing and internal communications.
Job Responsibility:
Support the organization and promotion of internal and external events, including logistics, concept, materials, agenda, and stakeholder management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, newsletters, blogs, press releases, and website updates
Turn technical topics into clear, engaging, and fun stories for different audiences
Plan and produce reels, short videos, interviews, testimonials, and office-life content together with the video production team
Write content tailored to different audiences and objectives, including ASSIST Software, ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation, and ASSIST Sports Club
Collaborate with design teams and external vendors to create digital visuals and branded print materials
Support internal communication initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, design, business operations, technical departments)
Monitor content performance, track engagement metrics, and provide insights for continuous optimization
Ensure consistency between internal and external communication and adherence to ASSIST Software brand identity
Requirements:
Creative, proactive, hands-on marketing mindset thriving in diverse situations and enjoying collaboration across teams
Minimum 2+ years of experience in event planning, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B or IT
Strong knowledge of social media and content marketing
Passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation across multiple channels
Comfort working with CRM platforms, managing website content, blogs, and press releases
Experience with photo/video editing tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva/Figma, CapCut, or similar
SEO skills (on-page, off-page, technical, AI-assisted optimization)
Experience with the following tools: Analytics & SEO: GA4, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity
CMS platforms: Drupal, WordPress
Campaign, email, and social media management tools
AI marketing tools
Email marketing platforms
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience with product marketing or go-to-market initiatives
Basic understanding of software development or AI technologies
