Job Responsibility:

Working with our CEO and Leadership Team to create strong internal communication systems for our clients
Creating and managing engaging digital campaigns
Managing client marketing budget
Managing vital project management initiatives
Leverage strong writing skills to communicate to the CEO, Leadership Team, and our clients
Utilization of all digital advertising channels and techniques
Provide expertise in SEO, Google Ads / PPC, Social Media Advertising, Traditional and Outdoor Media
Writing engaging copy for landing pages and other important content
Creating reports and communicating insights to the client
Training clients on best practices regarding internal communication
Creating and managing engaging campaigns

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field of education preferred (e.g., Business, Communications, or Marketing Degree)
Hands-on marketing work experience: 2+ years (Required)
Copywriting: 2 years (Required)
Google Ads: 2 years (Required)
Goal- and metric-oriented
Autonomous
Detail-oriented
Comfortable leading and holding others accountable
Ability to multitask efficiently
Experienced in leading group projects, meetings, etc.
Technical skills
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms
A natural coach for their team
