You will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting the overall marketing activities of the company. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing within the software or financial services sector and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, web, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and regulatory requirements
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of materials
Oversee the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights
Compile and present research findings to support strategic decision-making
Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM system
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices
Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
Assist in planning and executing industry events, webinars, and trade shows
Coordinate logistics, including registration, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
Work closely with the sales, product, and delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Provide regular updates and reports to the marketing manager and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the software or financial services industry
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Proficiency in English language
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
