The Marketing Specialist role is ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, curious, and connected, someone who enjoys getting out from behind their desk, talking with people, deepening their understanding of customers, and translating insight into great marketing execution. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering multi-channel marketing activity across a diverse customer base including Retail B2B, B2C & wholesale. This is a broad, execution-focused role where you’ll own content and channels while also contributing ideas and best-practice thinking as the business continues to grow.
Job Responsibility:
Execute marketing campaigns across B2B, retail and wholesale channels
Produce marketing collateral including POS, product catalogues, flyers and customer promotions
Copywriting for email, social media, advertising and website content
Support trade shows, events and product launches (NPD)
Create visual content including basic design, photography and video/reels
Manage and maintain social media channels, including posting, engagement and community management
Create regular email communications to customer databases
Update website content, product listings, landing pages and competition forms
Support influencer programmes and collaboration opportunities
Maintain marketing assets within the DAM system
Keep product libraries and core range information up to date
Coordinate internal events and staff functions
Contribute to bi-monthly marketing reporting and performance tracking
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a broad, multi-channel marketing role
FMCG experience and a strong understanding of trade, retail and consumer audiences
Confidence adapting messaging and content for different customer segments
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for quality content
Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Meta, Google platforms, WordPress and/or Adobe
A collaborative mindset — you enjoy partnering with people, asking questions, and working closely across teams
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
