We’re looking for a highly organised and culturally connected Marketing Specialist to support our French market. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to execute and coordinate all local marketing activities — ensuring operational excellence, strong local relevance, and smooth alignment with Regional and Global teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the French music scene and culture, and knows how to turn strategy into action!

Job Responsibility

  • Execute the French Local Consumer Plan in alignment with Regional Consumer Strategy
  • Track priorities, timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure on-time delivery across all initiatives
  • Coordinate with local cultural partners, venues and collaborators
  • Act as the operational point of contact between agencies and internal teams
  • Plan, execute and report on local marketing activities including consumer events, brand activation and local content deployment
  • Manage timelines, assets and deliverables
  • Handle logistics for product seeding, event production and partnerships
  • Support execution of local music strategy, artist programs, sponsorships and cultural activations
  • Coordinate planning, communication and post-event reporting
  • Align with Channel Marketing to deliver best-in-class in-store and online execution
  • Partner with Lifestyle & B2B teams on joint initiatives
  • Support internal stakeholders on product launches and activations
  • Track and report marketing KPIs (events, digital performance, reach and engagement)
  • Consolidate local reporting for regional/global teams
  • Support ROI analysis and budget tracking
  • Support representation of the French market in regional/global calls
  • Prepare internal presentations, decks and recaps
  • Share local insights and feedback with HQ teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar execution-focused role
  • Experience within a music, tech or lifestyle brand
  • Strong understanding of the French music scene, especially grassroots culture
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Fluent French and English
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Ambitious, self-driven and eager to deliver excellence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
