Job Description:

The UK Business Marketing Team is responsible for building loyalty and trust across the customer lifecycle by engaging with customers and partners to develop deeper and more profitable relationships. Within the Business Marketing Team, the CEC (Customer Experience Centres) and Business Events team is responsible for building revenue, relationship and reputation with our top Business UK customers. The Marketing Specialist will: Plan and host Customer Sessions in our Vodafone Suite at Co-op Live, Manchester – this is a new space where we will host and collaborate with our northern-based Vodafone Business customers. You will manage the suite and the booking process, supporting the Sales team in hosting on the day. Support the wider team (where required) in execution of our Business events, such as Customer Advisory Boards/roundtables and industry events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as primary Marketing point of contact for our suite at the Co-op Live, Manchester
  • Organise, plan and facilitate engaging customer sessions for Vodafone Business customers
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Props, Marketing and Sales to develop new content and resources for the suite and sessions
  • Create and manage Co-op Live reporting dashboards
  • Continually review market insights and new technologies to deliver innovative sessions that will surprise and delight our customers
  • Where required, support in the planning and execution of Vodafone Business UK customer events
  • Manage third-party agencies to deliver events and activities to brief, within budget and on-time
  • Support on ad-hoc projects across the wider Business UK Marketing team
