Prospa is focused on delivering one-to-one communication to our small business customers, from once they initially show interest in Prospa right through to becoming a customer. These communications are aimed at driving conversion, product uptake and growing their lifetime value with Prospa. We deliver communications that are engaging, creative, relevant and provided at the right time in the right channel.
Job Responsibility:
Develop creative and functional messaging and communication plans (via email, SMS, etc) to drive upper funnel lead conversion
Lead experiments including website recommendations to improve lead conversion
Communication programs are developed in collaboration with other Go To Market (GTM) Sales departments and with Product Tribes to deliver and support business objectives
Build comms automation touchpoints to enhance user journeys, and help nurture leads both into and through the sales funnel
Close collaboration with sales teams to drive an uplift in sales metrics
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation
3+ years’ experience/confident user of marketing automation platforms (at Prospa deep understanding of Braze/Segment preferred)
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM system or similar CRM systems
Experience working with fast-paced Sales departments and cross-functional collaboration environments
Strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong execution skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multi-projects at once
