Job Description:

Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role is responsible for managing the timely dispatch of point-of-sale and brand collateral to all stores globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordination of all ordering print requests
  • Coordination of all new stores, closing and relocating signage based on the Open/Close list
  • Coordination with all warehouses, China Team, Poland and Australia to ensure POS material has been dispatched daily
  • Coordination of comms to stores and weekly Marketing Memo
  • Replenishing all POS Material
  • Understanding and overseeing signage stock levels by warehouse and territory
  • Managing the signage sizes required by type and by store
  • Daily management of FRESH Support tickets and Shopify orders
  • Daily management of signage deliveries, non-deliveries & ad-hoc requests
  • Liaising with both Australian, Chinese And Poland warehouses to meet deadlines
