Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Own brand performance, including KPIs, budget management, and delivery of business results
  • Create compelling promotional campaigns, key messaging, programs, and tools to support commercial teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance
  • Manage the end-to-end approval process for promotional materials through internal legal, regulatory, and medical review
  • Drive the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms to maximize HCP engagement and enhance brand reach
  • Integrate deep customer and patient insights into strategic planning and promotional execution to ensure relevance and differentiation
  • Partner closely with key opinion leaders, global teams, and affiliates to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
  • Work closely with market access and pricing teams to ensure alignment between value proposition and payer needs
  • Collaborate with sales training teams to develop and deliver impactful training programs for field force effectiveness
  • Design and execute market research plans to generate actionable insights

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2+ years of marketing and sales experience
  • Master's degree and 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience
  • Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 12+ years of experience

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a strong background in specialty products, ideally within oncology or hematology
  • Proven success in launching and growing brands
  • Demonstrated capabilities in core marketing disciplines such as segmentation, positioning, branding, and messaging
