• End-to-End Execution: Drive the flawless execution of email, digital, and mobile marketing campaigns from inception to deployment
• Creative Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to prepare, review, and refine high-quality marketing assets
• Stakeholder Management: Partner across Product, Digital, Performance Marketing, and Campaign Execution teams to ensure strategic alignment and schedule adherence
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a strict control environment by adhering to established procedures and compliance requirements while keeping a customer-first mindset

• 4+ years of professional marketing experience
• Expert-level experience specifically in developing and deploying email marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate shifting business needs

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience within financial services or a similarly highly regulated industry
• Strong project management experience
