Agentio is seeking a Marketing Science Lead to establish our measurement practice as we scale creator marketing as performance infrastructure for brands. You'll be the analytical architect who defines how clients measure success, influences what we build, and shapes industry standards for creator marketing effectiveness.
Job Responsibility:
Define the standard for creator performance measurement
Act as chief architect for industry quantification of creator marketing
Become a trusted advisor to sophisticated marketers
Design bespoke measurement strategies
Drive the global measurement roadmap with Product and Engineering
Establish the Agentio Intelligence Engine
Transform raw campaign data into proprietary market intelligence
Conduct meta-analyses and causal inference studies
Scale the measurement practice with operational standards and playbooks
Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting
Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Incremental Lift testing (RCTs/Geo-testing), and Multi-Touch Attribution
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math)
Track record of applying causal inference to complex marketing questions
Experience leading measurement for a major platform or sophisticated performance-driven brand
Proficiency in SQL or Python
Builder mindset with product thinking
Exceptional communication skills for technical and C-suite stakeholders
