Job Description

Range is looking for a Marketing Science & Growth Lead to play a critical role as we scale our all-in-one wealth management platform. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, advanced analytics, and data infrastructure, partnering closely with marketing, product, and engineering to drive efficient, measurable growth. You’ll own the technical and analytical backbone of our marketing engine — from paid and organic performance optimization to experimentation, modeling, and attribution. This is a highly impactful role for someone with a startup mindset who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous problems and translating data into clear business decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize spend and efficiency across paid channels including Meta, Google, CTV, affiliates, and emerging platforms
  • Develop quantitative frameworks to identify high-ROI channels, audiences, and creative strategies to guide scaling decisions
  • Collaborate with content and organic teams to analyze SEO and social performance, connecting upper-funnel engagement to downstream conversion and revenue
  • Support experimentation, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives through rigorous measurement and performance analysis
  • Design and own marketing mix models (MMM) to quantify true channel-level ROI and inform budget allocation decisions
  • Build incrementality and causal testing frameworks to distinguish real lift from platform-reported performance
  • Develop predictive models for purchase propensity, audience quality, churn, retention, and lifetime value
  • Own attribution analysis across channels, including multi-touch attribution and spend efficiency studies
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines aggregating marketing, product, and revenue data from third-party platforms and internal systems
  • Implement and improve server-side tracking, identity resolution, and cross-device stitching to strengthen conversion signals
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across reporting, experimentation, and modeling layers
  • Lead an always-on CRO and experimentation program across landing pages, signup flows, and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Design statistical validation frameworks to prevent false positives and ensure experiments can be safely scaled
  • Maintain a centralized experimentation repository to document learnings and accelerate future testing velocity
  • Develop and automate dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership and executives
  • Reduce manual analysis by building self-serve reporting and automated insights
  • Explore and implement automation and agentic systems to enable continuous optimization without manual tuning
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale analysis and production data models
  • Use Python for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, causal analysis, and experimentation evaluation
  • Apply statistical and machine-learning techniques to real-world marketing problems with clear business outcomes
  • Translate technical findings into concise, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or data science with deep exposure to paid media performance
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience modeling and analyzing complex, large-scale datasets
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, including campaign structure, optimization levers, and measurement limitations
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling, causal inference, or incrementality testing
  • Familiarity with CRO, experimentation frameworks, and landing page optimization
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to server-side tracking, CDPs, or identity resolution frameworks
  • Strong statistical intuition with the ability to separate signal from noise
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, highly technical startup environment

Experience in SaaS, subscription-based businesses or high growth startups a plus

Requirements
  • 6+ years in conversion rate optimisation, experimentation, or growth and product roles, with time spent leading or building a team
  • A track record of owning a conversion funnel end to end (landing page to purchase) and moving it with a structured experiment programme
  • Experience managing cross-functional squads (product managers, engineers, designers) and setting the goals, rhythms, and quality bar that make them effective
  • A clear communicator with a creative instinct: a sharp eye for copy, UX, and journeys that convert because they speak to how people feel, not just because they function
  • An analytical, tool-savvy approach: comfortable turning performance data into strategic calls, choosing the right experimentation and analysis tools, and reading a test honestly
  • Genuine curiosity: you interrogate the system when metrics are off track, and when they're ahead you ask whether the win can be replicated before celebrating it
  • Comfort with ambiguity and several markets at once: you can take a vague problem and a launch deadline and turn it into a defensible plan and a team that ships it
  • Commercial framing: you understand CAC, LTV, payback, and how conversion moves the unit economics
  • Hands-on instincts: in a lean team you're happy to design a test, write the doc, and dig into the data yourself, not only direct others
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Own the conversion journey from landing page to paid order for Juniper across our international markets, along with the experiment roadmap that improves it
  • Lead a team of product managers and engineers, with lifecycle and design alongside, to ship high-quality experiments and funnels quickly and learn from every one
  • Build and scale an experiment-driven culture: rapid testing, clean reads, strong data governance, and documented learnings shared with leadership
  • Operationalise the product growth strategy into a prioritised roadmap aligned with our OKRs, balancing quick wins against bigger funnel bets
  • Stand up conversion and funnel parity in new market launches so a new market reaches the experience quality of a mature one fast
  • Go deep on the patient: the science, the product, the data, and conversations with patients and patient-facing teams, to find what builds trust and what creates friction
  • Partner across the business: performance and search who bring the traffic, design and engineering who ship the work, lifecycle on the handoff, clinical operations on consult-paid to order-paid, and commercial finance on the unit economics
  • Own the conversion reporting cadence for your markets, turning test outcomes into insight and next steps the wider team can act on
  • Recruit, coach, and grow the pod: clear goals, deliverables, and feedback rhythms, with a high bar for craft
  • Share learnings across markets so what works in one place reaches the others quickly
