We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts and contributing to our sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. Job Responsibility:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional (print, events) channels
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Event Planning & Webinars: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and online workshops to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research, identify potential customers, and implement lead generation strategies (e.g., networking, cold calling, online marketing)
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs
  • CRM-Management: Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-up: Effectively follow up with leads, build relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Sales Closing & Target Achievement: Close deals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
