We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to support the marketing and communications team on client & talent management and content development projects in Malaysia and Singapore. Applicants need to be able to commit to at least three months of internship but six months is highly preferred.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and generate comprehensive reports utilizing data from job board tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet)
  • Assist in driving strategic lead generation campaigns through marketing automation tools and various digital channels
  • Support digital sales enablement activities across multiple platforms, including website optimization and sales tool maintenance
  • Shadow the Corporate Communications team to assist in the preparation, curation, and facilitation of media content
  • Provide end-to-end support for event planning and execution, encompassing logistics coordination, material preparation, and on-site support
  • Undertake administrative duties including promotional inventory management, database/spreadsheet maintenance, and liaison with external suppliers and vendors
  • Actively participate in local and regional work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to ensure departmental alignment

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline
  • Advanced digital skills, including familiarity with AI tools and the professional application of social media platforms
  • A keen learner who demonstrates independence, adaptability to change, and a positive, collaborative disposition
  • Ability to write and communicate with professional ease and clarity
  • A high level of accuracy and rigorous attention to detail
  • A demonstrated interest in current affairs, news trends, and industry developments
