Job Description:

Marketing & Sales Coordinator position at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe promoting brand awareness and using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. The role involves up-selling, scheduling sales tours, and delivering The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Recognize opportunities to up-sell customers and sell enhancements
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
Explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations
Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours
Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
