Robert Half is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our client's dynamic sales and marketing initiatives. This Marketing & Sales Coordinator position is perfect for someone who excels at juggling multiple priorities, coordinating projects, and partnering closely with sales leadership to help drive continued business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Support the sales team with proposals, bids, presentations, and follow‑ups
Track leads, opportunities, and client activity in the CRM
Maintain accurate customer and project records
Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and case studies
Help manage social media posts and basic content updates
Organize digital files, contacts, and project documentation
Assist with client onboarding and post‑project follow‑up
Provide support for events, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales coordination, or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
