In this versatile role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to our General, Spine, and Trauma business units. You will be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating key events.
Job Responsibility
Purchase Order Management (getting offers, managing suppliers, submitting Purchase Order, record Goods Receipt, payments, accruals)
Management of cabinets (supplier management, Purchase Orders, coordination with Sales Reps, creating/laminating labels for cabinets, delivery management to customers, sending transfer ownership confirmation to customers)
