Job Description

The Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst serves as a key liaison between marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders to help ensure marketing materials move efficiently through internal compliance and state filing review processes. This role supports the review, tracking, and coordination of marketing and social media assets to help ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and market-ready. This is a fully REMOTE 6-month contract to FTE opportunity. Must be USC or GC. This individual will work closely with marketers, account managers, and compliance partners to facilitate approvals, communicate feedback, and support the timely delivery of marketing assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, quality assurance, or compliance support who enjoys process management, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with marketing teams, account managers, and compliance stakeholders to facilitate the review and approval of marketing materials and social media assets
  • Coordinate the movement of assets through internal compliance and state filing workflows
  • Communicate required revisions, disclosures, and feedback clearly to stakeholders
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, spelling, formatting, and adherence to established guidelines
  • Help ensure assets meet brand, product, and compliance standards prior to release
  • Assist in identifying issues or missing requirements before final approval
  • Utilize compliance monitoring tools and workflow systems to manage reviews, approvals, and asset tracking
  • Support the tracking of asset status, timelines, expiration dates, and approval records
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records of approvals and compliance actions
  • Serve as a communication bridge between marketing, compliance, and operational teams
  • Build strong working relationships across stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Ask thoughtful questions and proactively clarify requirements when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance communication between teams
  • Support ongoing optimization of review and approval processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, quality assurance, compliance support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review materials accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate professionally with stakeholders
  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and regulatory guidelines

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting marketing, digital marketing, social media, or campaign operations
  • Familiarity with workflow or project management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Experience reviewing marketing or digital content for quality and consistency
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or similar environments is helpful but not required
  • Experience using compliance monitoring or content review tools is a plus
