Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the development of high-quality bid submissions, bringing together inputs from across the business to create clear, consistent and compelling responses
  • Working closely with a Pursuit Manager, focus on managing content, contributors and timelines, ensuring each submission aligns with TSA Riley's strengths, values and strategic priorities
  • Assist with building brand awareness through local events, sponsorships and memberships in our NSW business
  • Work with leadership and a Marketing Manager APAC to plan and execute activities that align with our strategic business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent in related discipline is preferable, however 5 years' experience in a related role also considered
  • With 2-4 years' experience in Pursuits or Marketing roles, you have worked within the property, infrastructure, professional services and public sectors (or similar)
  • You preferably have a background in tendering, with an understanding of compliance requirements
  • You preferably have experience managing the end-to-end bid process, including bid response writing and delivery
  • You have the flexibility and willingness to work across the Pursuits and Marketing streams with agility to focus and prioritise work
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and manage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • You have demonstrated experience, or are eager, to execute marketing programs and activities that build brand awareness, including but not limited to marketing collateral, events, sponsorships, social media and content
