We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Proposal Manager to join our team in Pasadena, California. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the creation and management of winning proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and meet all requirements

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in proposal development and marketing within AEC industry
  • Proven ability to write and manage high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and business goals
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to assess opportunities and develop effective marketing plans
  • Experience implementing and maintaining a proposal management process tailored to organizational needs
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and experience with a website builder (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
  • Proficiency in managing digital databases for tracking client and project information
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling content and presentations
  • Familiarity with managing external branding efforts, including websites, social media, and industry engagements
