We are on the lookout for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will be entrusted with the execution of various marketing projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and time constraints. As part of your duties, you will manage the workflow of these projects from creative development through to distribution, while also tracking and reporting on project status.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the execution of marketing and web collateral projects, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness
collaborate with internal teams and agencies to meet business objectives
regularly update project documentation, plans, and reports
prioritize and coordinate all project deliverables in line with brand, product, and timing requirements
manage various project types and formats, ensuring compliance and brand consistency
utilize workflow tool (Robohead) for project schedules and daily task management
conduct weekly status meetings and create status reports
report project status to stakeholders and team, identifying solutions for projects off track
ensure strong proofreading of all project materials
establish and maintain project schedules in workflow tool (Robohead)
work closely with both creative and digital teams on updates
Requirements:
Proficiency in reporting and Microsoft Excel
extensive knowledge and experience in marketing
familiarity with planning and budget processes
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Project Management software
knowledge of 'About Time' time management software
experience in enhancing brand awareness in the digital space
proven ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively
excellent time management skills
proven ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
knowledge of compliance functions and regulations
excellent proofreading skills
experience in managing deliverables
willingness to work onsite as needed
ability to create and manage project timelines
experience in coordinating with various departments
