We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated marketing project manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality, on-brand outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, creative deliverables, and promotional initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for campaigns, events, and product launches
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, ad managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery
Monitor campaign progress, performance metrics, risks, and issues — escalate and resolve where needed
Serve as the main point of contact for clients or stakeholders regarding marketing project status and deliverables
Ensure all project documentation, creative briefs, and assets are maintained and easily accessible
Conduct regular status meetings, campaign reviews, and post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment
