Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑paced SaaS marketing organization and help drive large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who comes out of a marketing team at a technology or SaaS company and thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Job Responsibility:
Independently manage large‑scale, cross‑functional marketing programs by developing detailed project plans with activity‑based milestones
Facilitate effective collaboration across marketing, product, sales, creative, and other partner teams
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks-and work quickly to remove them
Serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Communicate clearly and confidently with leadership to keep initiatives aligned with business goals
Prepare cross‑functional presentations and provide inputs for recurring leadership updates
Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to help shape strategies and execution plans
Requirements:
Experience working on a marketing team within a SaaS or technology company
Strong communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient in how you run work
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, processes, and competing priorities
Comfortable facilitating across functions and influencing without direct authority
