This is a marketing project manager role supporting an enterprise-level integrated marketing team. The focus is on end-to-end project management, ensuring high-volume marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned across multiple teams and channels.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day project execution for multiple marketing initiatives
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
Coordinate work across creative, digital, media, print, and other marketing teams
Keep projects moving forward by managing dependencies, priorities, and deadlines
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and next steps
Lead status meetings and ensure teams are aligned on expectations
Identify project risks or issues and proactively propose solutions
Adjust plans as needed while protecting major milestones and deliverables
Escalate issues when necessary to keep work on track
Support a collaborative, organized workflow across teams
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience
Experience managing creative, digital, or omnichannel marketing initiatives
Familiarity with scope and change-management principles
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar)
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity
