We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Project Manager to lead a high-visibility rebrand initiative. This role involves merging and rebranding profit centers within a structured PMO environment. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous PM with a disciplined, PMI-based approach to project execution and a background in the insurance industry.
Job Responsibility:
Project Leadership: Drive complex rebrand projects from initiation to completion within a formal PMO structure
Planning & Execution: Build and maintain rigorous project plans in Smartsheet, tracking scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
Governance: Own all project documentation (charters, status reports, risk/decision logs) using Confluence and PMO templates
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate kickoffs and status meetings, navigating competing priorities and communicating confidently with senior leadership
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify roadblocks and drive resolutions to keep timelines on track
Requirements:
Insurance Industry Experience: Only candidates with prior experience in the insurance sector will be considered
Methodology: Strong foundation in PMI/Waterfall frameworks and traditional project governance
PMO Background: Proven track record working within a structured PMO using standardized processes and audits
Autonomy: Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day direction
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, PPT, OneNote)
