Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support multiple internal business partners and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. This role is onsite in Philadelphia and requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of 4–5 active business/clinical partners, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing project execution
Own project intake, timelines, resourcing, and delivery using Workfront
Track project status, dependencies, and risks while ensuring deadlines are met
Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including creative, marketing, and clinical stakeholders
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role
Hands‑on Workfront experience (required – no exceptions)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive communicator and self‑starter who takes ownership and anticipates needs
Experience working with internal clients or business partners
healthcare experience is a plus
