Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support multiple internal business partners and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. This role is onsite in Philadelphia and requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of 4–5 active business/clinical partners, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing project execution
  • Own project intake, timelines, resourcing, and delivery using Workfront
  • Track project status, dependencies, and risks while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including creative, marketing, and clinical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role
  • Hands‑on Workfront experience (required – no exceptions)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive communicator and self‑starter who takes ownership and anticipates needs
  • Experience working with internal clients or business partners
