Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they align with organizational objectives and timelines
Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline communication between marketing and production teams for campaign launches, optimizing material costs and production efficiency
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, print, video, web, and email marketing
Oversee website design projects, brand strategy initiatives, and creative marketing solutions tailored to client needs
Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality outcomes
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing regular project updates

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in project management and marketing roles
Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple deliverables
Exceptional organizational and team coordination skills, with the ability to bring clarity and focus to cross-departmental initiatives
Strong experience designing and executing integrated marketing strategies
Proficiency with tools such as Teamwork, Wrike, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, NetSuite, Klaviyo, and Omnisend
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a talent for stakeholder engagement
