Job Responsibility:
Facilitating, coordinating, and managing a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized marketing communications projects aligned with strategic business objectives
Orchestrating print, digital, and web projects, collaborating closely with account managers and marketing teams
Directing and monitoring work across various internal creative and production teams, including concept development, copywriting, design, photography, and audio/video production
Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including communication plans, meeting notes, risk logs, and weekly status reports
Crafting and managing project timelines and estimates, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of all deliverables
Tracking project hours and expenditures against allocated budgets
Utilizing departmental project tracking systems for project plans, resource allocation, budget information, and reporting
Preparing detailed weekly status reports for all managed projects
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within marketing communications or a related creative field
Demonstrated detailed knowledge of project management processes
Proven ability to apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
Assertive and self-directed with a strong ability to take initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external partners
A track record of successfully driving projects to completion on time and within budget
