Job Description:

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, serving as a critical connection between creative teams, stakeholders, and clients. You’ll manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the lifecycle of marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently met
Work with multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and external vendors, to execute campaigns and strategies
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, establishing clear communication of objectives and status updates
Utilize project management tools to allocate resources, track progress, and streamline workflows across all teams involved
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives, while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Gather and analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights that drive improvements
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to guide project evolution and deliver fresh ideas

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or creative industries
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and content creation
Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com, and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred
