Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative category marketing team, supporting high-impact print campaigns and ensuring alignment with brand and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong project management skills and a confident, agile approach to handling multiple priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Review project timelines, campaign deliverables, and print production schedules
Communicate with category managers and internal stakeholders to align marketing materials with product strategy and brand guidelines
Track progress of print campaigns including brochures, signage, and packaging using project management tools
Ensure all assets meet compliance requirements, brand standards, and receive necessary approvals before going to print

Requirements:

Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Robohead, or Workfront
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and confident communication style
Ability to move quickly between projects and understand the urgency and impact of each initiative
Background in marketing operations or campaign management
Experience working with creative teams including designers and copywriters
Familiarity with print production processes and timelines
Proficiency in project management platforms (Asana, Robohead, Workfront)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Understanding of brand compliance and marketing best practices

Nice to have:

Background in marketing operations or campaign management
