Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a 6+ month contract role. This is a remote, 37.5 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Marketing Project Manager will lead the end-to-end management of integrated marketing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Prior in-house or agency account and brand management experience is a big key for success in this position.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end marketing project execution
Schedule and facilitate project meetings
Coordinate tasks across teams
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery
Identify and escalate risks
Suggest workflow improvements
Lead project evaluations and debriefs
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, or related
5+ years of in-house or agency marketing experience
Experience with brand, social, and digital marketing projects
Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Workfront project management experience
Self-directed, proactive, and adaptable
Nice to have:
Healthcare industry experience a plus
