We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and operational management of key marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams, helping ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, tracked effectively, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing experience and hands-on Salesforce knowledge, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, track performance, and coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with budgets, data, reporting, and CRM systems while helping drive operational efficiency across marketing programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and documentation for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with business priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, sales, finance, and external partners to support successful campaign execution
  • Maintain project trackers, marketing briefs, and centralized documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives
  • Support the execution of B2B marketing programs, including sales enablement initiatives, partner activations, experiential programs, and industry events

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns in a sales-driven or B2B environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, and marketing operations tools
