Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for a 3 – 6+ month contract in the Providence, RI area. This is an onsite, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 5 days per week. The Project Coordinator will support marketing initiatives across multiple product lines, collaborating with creative, brand, product, and client relations teams to help drive successful campaigns and initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and track marketing projects, campaigns, and events
Manage timelines, deliverables, and task lists
Act as main contact between internal teams and external partners
Support campaign execution across digital, social, email, and e-commerce
Assist with asset collection, briefs, approvals, and documentation
Support artist relations and content initiatives
Help manage content calendars and campaign reporting
Support events, activations, and trade shows
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, or related
1–2+ years' experience in marketing or project coordination, or relevant internships
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong internal and client-facing communication skills
Proficiency with marketing and project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar)
Detail-oriented
Self-starter
Nice to have:
Experience with artists, influencers, and/or creator partnerships a plus
Interest or background in entertainment, technology, or consumer products a plus
Experience supporting social media, content, or brand campaigns preferred
