Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to help launch and scale an invite-only executive community for CTOs, CIOs, and senior engineering leaders across both prospect and customer accounts. This is a hands-on, builder role supporting a pilot executive program. You’ll bring a strong community‑program mindset, owning day-to-day execution while helping shape how this community comes to life—from timelines and tooling to member experience and executive events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and excited about building a high‑touch B2B community program from the ground up.

Job Responsibility

  • Own day-to-day execution of the SELF executive community, managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, trackers, and status updates to keep workstreams aligned
  • Coordinate core program deliverables, including emails, microsite/landing page, applications, nominations, and enablement materials
  • Support member recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, including applications, referrals, executive dinners, and follow-ups
  • Help plan and execute virtual events and executive sessions, including speaker coordination and logistics
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Marketing, and Design to move initiatives forward and ensure a polished, high-value executive experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing program management, community programs, campaign execution, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs from idea through execution
  • Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience building timelines, trackers, and workback plans
  • A community-first mindset, ideally with experience supporting executive programs, advisory boards, peer communities, or leadership forums
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and helping shape new, pilot-stage programs
  • Experience supporting events or virtual programming, including coordination of speakers and agendas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing updates
  • A proactive, detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
