Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Program Manager to drive growth and adoption of our Illumio Insights product line. In this role, you'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional demand generation programs that blend product-led growth motions with traditional enterprise marketing strategies. You'll be the orchestrator who turns strategy into execution, ensuring our go-to-market efforts are perfectly aligned with product and sales goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct ownership of planning, execution and outcomes for demand generation campaigns
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns aimed at increasing prospect acquisition, activation, retention and expansion
  • Collaborate across cross-functional groups and align execution to meet product goals, driving seamless integration between product-led and sales-led motions
  • Partner with product and product marketing managers, and other marketing leaders to drive execution on broad cross-functional efforts that span the customer journey
  • Measure full funnel performance and adjust execution to ensure the achievement of our revenue goals
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize program efficiency and ROI
  • Analyze omni-channel performance across digital, product-led, and traditional demand channels to identify optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to a strong test-and-learn culture, using data-driven insights to refine messaging, creative, and audience strategies over time
  • Provide regular updates on progress, reporting on metrics, insights, and recommendations for strategic pivots

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product led growth, growth marketing, GTM alignment, digital marketing, or demand program management in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-quarter programs that involve technical and go-to-market work streams
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and how to operationalize PLG motions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically

  • Background in cybersecurity or B2B software
